What Treatment Looks Like

Each session is one-on-one and built around you, with care available in person or virtually. You won’t just be told what to do—you’ll understand why, learn how to manage your symptoms, and feel confident carrying your care into everyday life. Depending on your individual needs, treatment may include:

  • Manual lymphatic drainage and education in self-MLD techniques

  • Scar mobilization and desensitization

  • Personalized therapeutic exercise and movement programming

  • Compression garment assessment, selection, and guidance

  • Short-stretch bandaging and self-bandaging instruction

  • Movement strategies to support lymphatic and vascular health

  • Skin care education and strategies to reduce the risk of complications

  • Ongoing support to help manage swelling and promote long-term independence

At Refined Recovery Physical Therapy, care is designed to feel supportive, personalized, and grounded in trust.

Initial Evaluation

Oncology Evaluation $200|Lymphedema Evaluation $225 — 60 minutes

We take the time to understand your medical history, symptoms, concerns, and goals. Through a thorough, individualized examination, we assess areas such as mobility, strength, function, movement, and swelling as appropriate to your needs.

Together, we’ll establish a clear starting point and develop a personalized plan of care that may include hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, education, and self-management strategies to support your recovery and long-term goals.

Treatment Sessions

$150 — 60 minutes |$175— 90 minutes Extended

Continued one-on-one sessions provide the guidance, hands-on care, progression, and support you need as your body heals and adapts. Your plan of care is regularly adjusted based on your progress, symptoms, and goals, with session frequency individualized to your needs and lifestyle.

When you’re ready to move beyond rehabilitation, there’s a clear next step.

Refined Performance

Wellness coaching designed for individuals ready to move beyond rehabilitation and continue building strength, capacity, and confidence.

You’ve done the work to recover. This is where you continue building.

Refined Performance bridges the gap between physical therapy and higher-level fitness.

This is not rehabilitation. It’s structured, progression-based programming designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to help you continue improving strength, endurance, and overall capacity—with guidance that evolves as you do.

This Is a Good Fit If:

  • You’ve completed (or are finishing) physical therapy

  • You’re managing symptoms independently but want to keep progressing

  • You feel unsure how to return to higher-level exercise

  • You want structure, progression, and accountability

  • You’re ready to build strength—not just maintain it

This Program is Ideal For:

  • Oncology survivors and previvors ready for higher-level training

  • Individuals in the maintenance phase of lymphedema care

  • Those looking to build bone density after cancer treatment

  • Anyone who feels “in between” rehab and full fitness
